Named after the hotel's street number, 168, the restaurant opened in 2009 and takes a casual fine dining approach; it has been recommended in the Michelin Guide Taipei for several years since 2018. The menu includes premium US steaks and Australian 9+ wagyu ribeye, with 150 seats, 5 indoor private rooms and 1 outdoor garden private room.
Lunch is 12:00–15:00 on weekdays and 11:30–15:00 on weekends and holidays, and dinner 17:30–22:00 (last orders 21:00). Men should not wear tank tops, shorts or slippers, a water charge of NT$90 per person applies, and booking ahead is recommended.

The 4th-floor open-air pool and poolside sky garden
The pool is on the 4th floor (accessed from the 5th floor), next to a sky garden planted with Yoshino cherry trees and maples, with seating in a semi-open space alongside. The pool is for hotel guests only, open 06:30–11:30 and 16:00–21:00.
The pool is open in summer only; in 2026 it opens from May 8, and the seasonal closing date is subject to the hotel's latest notice. It also closes temporarily during thunderstorms, water-quality maintenance or upkeep. The 5th-floor gym is free for guests.
03LA FESTA
Breakfast and afternoon tea at LA FESTA on the 2nd floor
LA FESTA takes Siena's Palio horse race as its design theme, with a large racecourse painting across the ceiling. It's on the 2nd floor with 90 seats. Guest breakfast is served here 06:30–10:00, with a 70-minute dining time.
Lunch is 11:30–17:00, afternoon tea 13:00–17:00 and the bar 11:30–22:30. For breakfast, children aged 0 to 5 eat free, ages 6 to under 12 pay the child price, and ages 12 and up pay the adult price.

With a private charter
From Taoyuan International Airport it's about 46 km, around 40 minutes via National Freeway 1, exiting at the Diding Interchange; Songshan Airport is only about 15 minutes away, which saves real time if you're flying through Songshan. Dazhi is on the north side of Taipei, so a one-day private charter linking the National Palace Museum, Shilin and Yangmingshan flows well, and you can also get straight onto the national freeway toward Keelung and the Northeast Coast. Free guest parking applies to guests driving their own cars; the charter driver can simply pick up and drop off at the hotel entrance, and please check with the hotel first whether the vehicle can wait in the car park.
