A stainless-steel water-drop sculpture stands at one end, and the loungers look out over the streets of Xinyi. The pool has an automatic lift or ramp entry, so guests with limited mobility can get in the water too.
The poolside WET® Bar serves cocktails and light bites, open Thursday to Sunday 14:00–20:00 and closed Monday to Wednesday; pool opening hours are subject to the hotel's latest notice.

Seasons by olivier e. is a modern French restaurant that applies French technique to local ingredients. Guest breakfast is also served here and costs extra: 06:30–10:00 on weekdays, extended to 10:30 on weekends.

The hotel is at No. 10, Section 5, Zhongxiao East Road in the Xinyi District, in a tower directly above a department store and MRT Taipei City Hall Station. Taipei 101 is within walking distance, and the large malls nearby are connected by skybridges. The Taipei 101 Observatory, the Taipei Dome, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and the Elephant Mountain Trail are all close by.
For a night market in the evening, head to Raohe Street Night Market; Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and the National Taiwan University area are reachable by MRT with a transfer.

With a private charter
Taoyuan International Airport is about 50 km from the hotel, while Songshan Airport is only about 4.8 km away. The hotel has no airport shuttle bus and its private car costs extra, so for a family with big suitcases a point-to-point private charter is the easier option. Xinyi is on the east side of Taipei, and from here you can do Jiufen and Shifen on the Northeast Coast one day and Yehliu and Keelung on the North Coast the next, back at the hotel each night; for Yilan you can get straight onto the national freeway out of the city. The charter driver can pick up and drop off at the hotel entrance; see above for the guest parking rules, and check with the hotel whether they apply to a charter vehicle. Xinyi traffic is heavy during the morning rush, so allow extra time for early departures.
